Veg Barbecue

If you thought, barbecue only works well with meats, then you are probably misguided. In my vegetarian barbecue class, you will learn how to barbecue veggies in unique ways.
 
In this course, you will learn the right ways to skew your veggies to bring that perfect barbecue taste. 
You will also learn how to setup a Barbecue to grill and the other essential knowledge required to work the grill safely. 
  • Technique to setup your Barbecue to Grill, Bake and Roast the food perfectly
  • Grill basics such as lighting charcoal, maintaining grill temperature and grill
  • Safety, Marinating techniques, Vegetables and Fruits, use of grill accessories, baking on the grill
  • Paneer Hariyali Tikka
  • Charred corn salad with Basil and Tomatoes
  • Veg Hickory smoked Pizza
  • Grilled Aubergine with Mozzarella
  • Skewered bell peppers & cottage cheese
  • Tandoori  Arabi
  • Cajun Spiced Potatoes
  • Grilled Mushroom in Barbecue sauce.
  • Stuff Mushroom grilled with dill
  • Grilled Pineapple with Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Dip recipes to serve along with grill

Non-Veg Barbecue

Barbeque or open grill cooking has its presence in every type of food. In our classes, you will learn to cook some of the charry meat slowly cooked over an open grill. 

  • Technique to set up your barbeque to grill, bake and roast the food perfectly

  • Safety, marinating techniques, cooking meats, vegetable and fruits, use of grill accessories and baking on the grill
