With me, you'll learn to make the three mother sauces that'll set you up for most Italian sauces used in pasta and other dishes. And if you thought Italian food isn't possible without cheese, well, you're in for a surprise.

Learn to make lasagna and cannelloni at home with simple and easily available home ingredients. In the class, we'll cover mouthwatering dishes like: 

  • Rustic Sauce/ Marinara Sauce
  • Whole wheat Béchamel Sauce
  • Pesto Sauce 
  • Penne Arrabiata
  • Fettuccine in Pesto Cream Sauce
  • Home made Cannelloni stuff with Spinach & Mushroom in Cream Sauce
  • Homemade Lasagna with Veg Bolognese
  • Whole wheat Pizza with hand tossed pizza base and  grilled aborigines and vegetables
  • Risotto Rice
  • Tomato Cheese Bruschetta

All materials for the class will be provided along with a recipe booklet. I also stock baking equipment that you can purchase at reasonable prices.

Sizzling Sizzlers (Veg)

Now, it's your turn. Believe me, creating a sizzling delight is not as hard as it looks. If you know the basics, you can make sizzlers that will have your hubby turning away from hotel food to your awesome kitchen in no time.

Join my Sizzling Sizzler's class to learn the skill of creating veg and non-veg sizzlers, brainstorm on combinations, and bring out your inner artist. The 5-hour course will include two sessions – the first 4 hours will be dedicated to veg sizzlers and the next hour to non-veg sizzlers. You can choose to take the class for only veg sizzlers or both veg and non-veg.

  • Homemade Cottage Cheese Sizzler with Green Sauce and Saffron Rice
  • Vegetables and Mushroom Sizzler with Garlic Sauce and Garlic Noodles
