Each class is a one day class and lasts for about 3 to 4 hours. Classes are scheduled on weekdays as well as on weekends. Menu for each class has been designed to make you expert in that category of cooking or baking, so you don't have to attend multiple classes for the same category. For example "Teacake with egg" class covers Muffins, Brownies, Multigrain cakes and Party cakes. In this class you will learn the base of Cakes, Muffins and Brownies where you can do any number of variations using the same base. In all the classes first half hour will be spend on explaining basics and frequently used technical terms in baking or cooking. |

In the cake class all the cakes are baked in the Convection Microwave, OTG and also on the Gas Stove so that you can bake whenever you feel like. |
