Thai cuisine is my weakness. I am a huge fan of lemongrass that is a common spice in Thai food, so I guess I am partial to it. In my 1-day 4-hour workshop on Thai cuisine, you’ll learn to use the right spices and ingredients for a perfectly balanced Thai dish. Accompaniments can be steamed rice or your preference. In the class, you’ll learn to make:

  • Tam Yam Veg Soup (with homemade Tam Yam paste)
